ILLNESSES

A staff member will care for children who become ill, during school time.  If your child needs further attention, you will be contacted by telephone.  We are able to administer First Aid and attend minor injuries if necessary.  If a child receives a head wound (bump) then we will ring to request your child is taken home (in case of delayed concussion). Please keep children home if they are sick and only allow them to return to school, when the illness has completely gone. This stops infections etc being spread through classrooms and the whole school. Treatment when children have lice is also expected and we can request children to stay at home, until treatment has been undertaken.
